We use our underdeck space year round (with a couple of propane radiant heaters in the winter). The underdeck feature has greatly extended our outdoor living. Before completing a raised deck it was brought to our attention that it could have a water diversion system installed to make the space below more usable. I contacted Scott Henderson and made an appointment to meet, he arrived on time and after taking his measurements etc. I received a quote in a timely manner as promised. The job was awarded to Underdeck, a start date was given and he arrived with his crew as promised and on time. The job was completed without incident, site was left clean and they worked efficient and safely. We couldn't be happier with the work Scott did on our deck. He's created a great waterproof usable area where we can sit outside during this wet summer we are having. A family of Robin's was nesting under the deck and Scott managed to work around them leaving a corner open until they left the nest at which point he came back and finished the job. Nice touch Scott! We have now used Under Deck solutions to complete 3 projects for our clients. We had some leaking issues sometime after completion of the first project which were not necessarily reflective of Under Deck's workmanship however Scott immediately came to the table, and on a weekend came and took care of things at no cost and with no hassle to me or my client. I continue to find him pleasant to deal with, accommodating to our scheduling needs, and a cost effective and quality solution to our clients needs.
